Tom Sizemore Arrested Again -- This Time on Outstanding Warrant

Tom Sizemore is no stranger to getting in trouble. He's been convicted for assault and battery, and has been arrested numerous times on drug charges. As for this latest incident, it just adds to the actor's long list of scuffles with the law. According to E!, Sizemore was arrested early on Tuesday morning in Los Angeles due to an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for battery. It appears this was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time: Sizemore happened to be in an apartment building where police were conducting a drug investigation. When cops found him, they ran his record and found the warrant. (Despite Sizemore's history with drugs, none were found on him at the scene.)
