what are the guitar chords for writings on the wall by plan b?

the chords are too hard! does anyone know a simplier one for me? i
cant do all this bbm and f#m :( i know most chords and i am willing to
learn, the only barre chord im comfortable is f. :(
here are the difficult chords:

it basically goes f#, bbm x2 b, c#, b , c# (this is repeated in a
different pattern) then bbm, bbm, abm.

so basically what im asking for is easier similar chords? :)
