New Girl's Zooey Deschanel Files for Divorce

Ben Gibbard and Zooey Deschanel Zooey Deschanel has filed for divorce from Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard after two years of marriage, People reports. The New Girl star, 31, filed the paperwork on Dec. 27. Court documents list their date of separation as Oct. 31 and Deschanel cited irreconcilable differences.
